For any issues regarding upgrading, purchasing In-App or running the app, please follow this step-by-step procedure:
- Close the App
- Tap "Apps & Notifications"
- Tap "App" or "See all App" or "App Info"
- Select app "Anatomy 3D Atlas"
- Tap on FORCE STOP
- Go in Storage and tap CLEAR CACHE and CLEAR DATA
- Go back and tap UNINSTALL
- Restart the device
- Install the app again (if you have purchased In-App, be sure to be logged-in with the same account you used for the purchase)
- Open the app
In-App and cross-platform licence
In-App purchase will unlock all content?
Yes. Please note that the purchase is one-time only and it is not a monthly or annual subscription.
Once you complete the purchase it will be valid for the entire life of the app (provided that you are logged in with the same account you used for the purchase).
In-App purchase will be enabled on another device with a different OS (operating system)?
If you purchased on a device, you can install the app on any another device with the same OS (operating system) and provided that you are going to log in with the same account you used for the purchase.
Otherwise note that iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Android and Windows versions are not the same app, even if they are apparently quite identical.
The various versions live on separate App stores so they have different licences.

Since our anatomical models are very detailed and since they require a lot of device resources, we have intentionally divided the body in sections in order to let the device run more smoothly and with less memory consumption. Possibly in the future, and only for the most performant devices, we will provide a full body scene.
