In-App and installation issues

    1. Close the app
    2. Go in Settings/Apps and select app "Anatomy 3D Atlas"
      • Tap on FORCE STOP
      • Go in Storage and tap CLEAR CACHE and CLEAR DATA
      • Go back and tap UNINSTALL
    3. Go to Google Play store and switch to the same account you used to make the purchase
    4. Install the app again
    5. Open it and wait for a few seconds. Everything should work properly.

Cross platform In-App licence

  • No, InApp licence is granted to the specific OS. For example, if you have purchased the iPhone InApp item, this won't be enabled on Mac, PC or Android devices.
    However InApp purchase will be valid and enabled on all your devices with the same OS.

    Which means that your iOS InApp purchase will be enabled on both your iPhone and your iPad and that your Android InApp purchase will be enabled on any other Android device (phones and tablets) of yours.

  • Since our anatomical models are very detailed and since they require a lot of device resources, we have intentionally divided the body in sections in order to let the device run more smoothly and with less memory consumption. Possibly in the future, and only for the most performant devices, we will provide a full body scene.

  • To unlock the contents you purchased simply use the “RESTORE“ button, you do NOT have to pay again.

    Please follow this step-by-step procedure:

    1. Be sure to be logged in with the same Apple account you used to buy it
    2. Open the app “Anatomy 3D Atlas"
    3. Tap the STORE button or any locked content to show our InApp store
    4. Tap the “RESTORE” button and wait for a few seconds
    5. Enter your Apple account password if necessary
    6. The contents should unlock
