The female urinary and reproductive organs within the pelvis: kidneys, bladder, uterus, uterine tubes and ovaries.

The uterus lies in the lesser pelvis between the bladder and rectum and is divided into fundus, body and cervix. The uterine tubes extend from the uterus towards the ovaries, which produce oocytes and sex hormones; the broad ligament supports these organs along with their vessels.
