Upper limb anatomy in 3D:
nerves and muscles

Upper Limbs Nervous system

Upper limb (Nerves and muscles), anterior viewUpper limb (Nerves and muscles), lateral viewUpper limb (Nerves and muscles), posterior viewUpper limb (Nerves and muscles), medial view

The nerves of the upper limb shown with the muscles they innervate.

The radial nerve innervates the extensor muscles of the arm and forearm, while most of the forearm flexors are supplied by the median nerve and a few by the ulnar nerve. In the hand, the thenar muscles are innervated mainly by the median nerve, and the hypothenar and interosseous muscles by the ulnar nerve.
